Managing Partner
Mr. Naseem is a qualified Chartered Accountant, certified by The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, with over 15 years of extensive experience in the auditing and accounting industry, particularly within the UAE.
He brings a deep understanding of the financial landscape, specializing in areas such as Taxation, International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Internal Audit, Corporate Finance, and Auditing. His expertise and strategic insights have been instrumental in delivering value-driven solutions to clients across a wide range of industries. His leadership is defined by a commitment to excellence, integrity, and continuous improvement, making him a trusted advisor and a respected figure in the accounting community.

SYED ZESHAN
DIRECTOR: External Auditing
Syed commenced his professional journey at Deloitte, a prominent Big 4 firm, gaining extensive experience in financial and internal audits across diverse industries. With 22 years of auditing and finance experience in the UAE and internationally, he has assisted numerous businesses across the Middle East and beyond. Syed also serves on the boards of various real estate developers in the UAE and is a fellow member of renowned chartered accountancy bodies in the UAE and internationally.

FAWAD JATOI
DIRECTOR: Internal Audit Services
We are pleased to welcome Fawad as the Lead of our Internal Audit Department, where he manages a team of professional internal auditors, leveraging his valuable insights and extensive experience. Fawad has held senior positions in various countries, including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Zambia, Pakistan, and Nigeria. His diverse international experience enhances our firm’s capabilities and commitment to excellence.

TINAL McGILL
Business Development
Tinal spearheads our Business Development efforts, focusing on expanding our international clientele. She plays a key role in coordinating with our U.S. and Canadian clients, who rely on our remote accounting and bookkeeping services. With over 10 years of experience, Tinal brings deep industry expertise. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources from the University of Calgary, Canada. Her strategic vision and client-focused approach drive our global growth.

MUHAMMAD HAIDER KHAN
Senior Financial Advisor & Business Development Strategist
With over 30 years of experience in financial management, Khan is a seasoned expert in financial advisory and strategic business growth. Holding a Master’s degree in Finance, he specializes in business development, client retention, and team leadership. Khan’s deep financial insight and leadership have helped businesses thrive and build lasting client relationships.

Khin is a valued member of ELQEN, specializing in Accounting and Bookkeeping services for a diverse range of organizations in Dubai, from small businesses to large enterprises. With experience in Myanmar, she brings strong expertise in financial record-keeping and compliance. Currently pursuing her ACCA qualification, She is dedicated to delivering accurate and efficient accounting solutions to support our clients’ financial operations.

Accounting and Audit Services
Mi Mi is a dedicated member of our Accounting and Assurance Services department. Originally from Myanmar, she is currently pursuing her ACCA qualification, further strengthening her expertise in the field. Before joining our team, Mi Mi worked at another accounting firm in Dubai, where she gained valuable experience and industry knowledge. Her background and commitment to professional growth make her a valuable asset to our firm and our clients.

Company Secretary and Admin Officer
Caryl is our pioneering employee, serving as Company Secretary and Admin Officer. With a strong background in accounting, she plays a key role in enhancing our accounting and auditing operations. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management.

Bookkeeping Specialist | Audit Junior
Sojab is an experienced bookkeeper with a strong track record of managing company accounts with accuracy and efficiency. He has worked with multiple organizations, consistently delivering satisfactory results.
In addition to bookkeeping, Sojab has hands-on experience as an Audit Junior. He holds a degree from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut – India.
